Sweet Flour

Sweet Flour

We’ve brought a delicious idea to life.

BACKGROUND

Sweet Flour Bake Shop opened their doors in 2009 to become the world’s first 2-minute custom cookie shop, and every day since they’ve been wowing customers with their one-of-a-kind interactive cookie experience. With over 15,000 combinations to taste, your ultimate cookie is out there.

How we helped

In 2009, Kim Gans had an idea for a shop which offered customized cookies, freshly-baked in two minutes. She needed a company to help reach her audience with that delicious message. Through Rhubarb’s web design, print, in-store marketing and partnership with our associates at Digital Giants, we introduced Sweet Flour to the world.

Since then we have worked with Kim and her team to design new packaging, evolve the website with seasonal promotions, launch commerce capabilities and search engine marketing campaigns.

Pregnancy Resources Centre – now, Envisage

Pregnancy Resources Centre – now, Envisage

BACKGROUND

The Barrie Pregnancy Resource Centre opened in December 2006 to provide support and assistance to anyone facing unplanned pregnancy or pregnancy related crisis. BPRC is a non-profit, charitable organization, supported by individuals, businesses and churches.

BPRC is a Christian organization. We are absolutely convinced that there is a God … and that people matter to God. Your life is so precious to Him. You might never have thought about God or why you exist. But sometimes facing a difficult situation causes people to think about spiritual questions. If you would like to find out more about God’s care for your life and situation, we are always happy to share. Please know that although we are happy to talk about spiritual matters, there is no pressure or expectation to do so. Our focus is caring for you.

Reynolds Brothers Exteriors

Reynolds Brothers Exteriors

BACKGROUND

The Reynolds Brothers logo was an interesting project. They wanted it to look current and attractive, but at the same time convey a sense of tradition and heritage. We feel like we created just that. We provided a couple variations of the logo – simplified ones to the full one with the flairs. These all match with brand well.

“We are Shawn, Neil and Ryan Reynolds, three close-knit brothers who joined together to start up our own family owned and operated eavestrough & exteriors company.  Each of us are also homeowners, thus Reynolds Brothers Exteriors can relate to how much your home means to you.  There are so many options out there it is difficult to know who to trust when it comes to working on your home.”

GetWyred

GetWyred

BACKGROUND

We created the GetWyred branding and mobile app UI/UX design, as well as some social media/print elements for marketing.

Melding social and tech made this a blast to design and an overall rewarding project. We combined the G and W to create the icon, all simultaneously connecting. It works well when treated with a neon glow on a dark background. or flat on a solid background.

The founders of GetWyred discovered a generational niche and ambitiously worked to create a mobile app able to gather friends for events and to let people know what’s going on in their local area. GetWyred is a social event app that will eliminate your fear of missing out on your favorite parties and events in your area, by providing a live feed of photos, videos, and activities going on around you in real time. The app is perfect for 18-24 year olds in college that love to travel, party at bars and nightclubs, and attend concerts, music festivals, and sporting

OMAH

BACKGROUND

Rhubarb paired up with OMAH in 2013 for their website development. We sponsored part of the original launch. It was a pleasure to work with the amazing art and content provided. We wanted to create a site that was clean, easy to navigate, and professional.

In 2015 we enhanced the site with an e-commerce platform.
